If the delivered software does not meet the specifications outlined in the official quotation.
When the customer cooperates with our support team to diagnose and resolve the issue.
If we are unable to fix the reported problem within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be issued in full without any additional fees or penalties. Alternatively, customers may choose a replacement product of equal or comparable value.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the customer fails to follow the guidance of the Bitcaptra | mlmmunafa.com Customer Service Team or does not provide necessary information for troubleshooting.
If a viable fix or workaround exists for the reported issue.
If the software was purchased under incorrect assumptions about its features or capabilities.
If the issue arises from the customer’s own system configuration, network settings, or third-party software and hardware.
If the purchased software license or product was lost, stolen, damaged, or transferred.
